Chris's background includes seven years working in a busy central Minnesota meat market learning all aspects of the business; from the kill floor cleanup to front counter retail sales, and all processing steps in between.

Although he joined a nationally-known manufacturing firm and spent years as a service technician, then as a technical trainer and finally as a regional sales consultant for the Southwest US, Chris never let go of his passion for meat processing.
